      Some nice folks, but still a churn and burn culture

      Pros

      Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

      Cons

      High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.

      Khamla was great to work with at Prosource.

      Cons

      The contract ended after 3 years.
