Pros
Loved working for this company, they are great at communicating. I had an issue once with a peer and they called right away to offer support. Their benefits are great, annual leave of 20 days and (although I didn't participate in it) they cover a large portion of health insurance premiums. The project assigned to was exciting, lots of room to grow and a long term project, so no fear of funds running out. Always felt heard and like a valued employee.
Cons
You don't always get to pick your team, so that can be hit or miss.
