      Enjoy that everyone is supportive and proactive. Teamwork is clearly seen on every level.

      The job nature can get hectic sometimes. And, there is also quite an amount of pressure.

      You should also know that the work environment is VERY pressured. Every position, at every level requires 110% effort. There are no slackers at the water cooler.

      Culture is very high pressure, quick paced - no slackers. expect long hrs (12+) if you are in development or proj mgmt. again, it does vary by sub-organization/division and the culture is often dictated by the Director or manager...
