      Everyone is willing to help. Some politics but not bad. Areas for growth and mobility. Can't beat benefits.

      some great people work there

      Cons

      not a great culture or work environment. A lot of policy and benefit changes that negatively impact employee sense of being valued and thus level of engagement and motivation. A lot of attrition recently.
