Strictly enforced 3 day office mandates, failure to adhere fast tracks you to termination despite majority of your team being remote. No accommodation's

Pros

- Headquartered near me - Great work-life balance - Time off & mental health encouraged by higher-ups - Variety of projects - Friendly, inclusive culture - Remote-friendly - Lots of learning resources

Cons

- Limited technical resources (can't access GitHub by default) - Hard to find technical people to network with (job titles are vague) - Lost all my teammates before starting and lost my manager within a year of starting, hard to find replacements - Slow to adopt Agile, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native tools - Lack of regular feedback
