Work life balance and some people are really good which keeps the environment good

Cons

Was told that SAPM doesn't add any value to the project and hence for appraisals and promotions, you have to beg but no result. Just as soon as you resign, they will tell you that you are important for the project and they will make fake promises. I was leading a team member and now he was leading me because SAPM aren't important
