Management is arrogant, inappropriate, and complete liars. They do not support and try to demoralize you with scripts, negativity, and poor culture! They make fun or associates, clients, and is an HR problem ready to implode. They can't fire their president Joe because he brings a lot of the leads, the CEO and Joe dislike each other and he shouldn't be in management. He's a sales guy with a president title. Other management within the company are very poor.

First it looks like the rest of the reviews here are coming from the company, the reviews are suspiciously chat-gpt like with “zero” cons on most reviews…. The micro management is a bit much (calling 5-10 mins before you’re off work, assigning tasks right at the end of the day, checking to see if I am online at all times, etc). This company is definitely not a “as long as you get your work done” mentality. It is also very interesting that all advisors and exec can work remotely but then very strict when it comes to their employees. The salary is also on the low end for a financial company. Also very important that they have absolutely NO diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, culture, or awareness what so ever. So please keep this in mind if you are a minority/POC that values this aspect in the workplace.
