      Pros

      Bonus WFH Bonus You can get skills and move on.

      Cons

      If you aren't favored by upper management, you're nothing to them. Nepotism, Son-in-law in upper management, also his wife and children work within the company. Managers are managers just because they have been there the longest, having no real ability to manage people. They say "they're family", super red flag.

      Pros

      Family mentality and in a good way not a cliche way. Growing company. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Leadership often makes goals that have huge impacts on day to day work without consulting those doing the work to see if it's feasible. As a manager, I had several instances of promoting changes to process that I could only justify with "leadership made the change."
