      Laid back atmosphere...depending on branch

      'Old Ways' to the extreme (read that as you'd wish...) VERY hard to survive with what they pay Told they give raises based on company profitability but got a 3% raise in 2025 for record braking profit year in 2024 while getting an 8% raise after a middling year for 2023/2024. Raise seems to be more dependent on fear or optimisim for the CURRENT year, not the previous. Inside team is treated as if they don't matter.

      None. The place is poorly run.

      Cons

      Work life balance, pay, PTO, growing to fast for their own good. Have not been able to catch up and still continue to be greedy.
