Pros

Working Remote and pay was ok once you getting promoted

Cons

I was there for 7 years and it was cool for the first 5 years but recently leadership changed no longer values employees. My last supervisor was a complete idiot was only there for 9 months before she became a supervisor so she really didn't know anything about the company was forgetful and she thought she can talk to you like you are a child. No real help from leads some supervisor would ignore you if you need help but some were very helpful. Very boring they want you on the phone constantly no time to send or read emails if you take just 2 min off a call you are considered in Idle! Smh
