Pros

The work life balance here at Quisitive is unmatched and the people that you get to partner with on a daily basis make working here even better.

Cons

A lot of change, but everyone handles the change pretty well as the company is growing and scaling

Pros

This is a completely unique environment in which you will feel the need to shower every other hour and to improve your customer apology skills daily.

Cons

When part of RBA Consulting, there was at least a degree of integrity and professionalism. In attempting to re-create themselves, management lost sight of (a) what line of business they were in; (b) who they were attempting to target as customers; and (c) what their assets were. This is a lost and drifting company with an egomaniac at the helm and no lack of butt kissers in tow.

Pros

A core group of talented consultants with good intentions.

Cons

A tight circle of managers spend their days trying to figure out how to brown-nose to the owner - who's ego completely out of control. At every event or meeting there is a clear division of the cool kids and the worker bees. An overwhelming sense of bad ethics and out-of-control egos ensures that no one outside of the 3-4 managers always circling the owner will have a say in anything. The owner is being sued for fraud by the owner of the organization we separated from. An absolute sinking ship.
