All the overtime you do not want. Working in the Lancaster plant, you will be subjected to a schedule consisting of 12 days on 2 days off, regardless of level, seniority, management, operator, or any other functionary position within the plant. Not only will you HAVE to work every other weekend, both of those weekend days will most likely be 12 hours long. Expect to put in an average of 60 hours per week, whether you like it or not.
The kicker - RR D wants to Pay You the Least Amount of Overtime Possible, so, they break the week up (Sunday - Saturday) so that your weekend worked is split between two separate pay cycles. Slick, considering you are working 7.5 hours per day. If they did not force you to stay over any day of the week, but you worked your 12 days straight, only expect 5 hours of overtime per week. They bank on the functionaries not picking that one up.
You will also rotate shifts every 5 weeks. First, Second, and overnight.
