Management is terrible. They don't know what they're doing and have driven out or gotten rid of anyone with experience, forcing the few that remained to work even harder to make up for new hires. And even though the few remaining that had been there long enough to have any real experience, management would still push them and micromanage them and show ZERO appreciation. The manager needs to be replaced.

They expect a lot out of you even when the machines are broken. They also tend to place people depending on how they like them instead of where their strength are.
