Heavy work loads because people just do not stay and tasks are piled upon staff. Too many and out-dated software programs. Redundant and convoluted processes to get to end results that hinder progress. As much time spent updating internal trackers as completing tasks. Inter-departmental conflicts. Training is weak. So many processes and exceptions to rules to remember. Heavy on manual entry leading to human error. Team management is not available for support because they are always in meetings

Office politics, the system is not well set up to motivate people.
