      Pros

      Totally eschews the stereotype of the tough, cutthroat culture an IB on Wall St would have. Every 10 people you meet, even in NY office, one of them is Canadian.

      Cons

      The Town Halls are kind of useless and the Employee Resource Groups could be a little more laidback/fun.
