Pros

Decent job stability, but decreasing over time.

Cons

Massively bureaucratic with governance processes that slow down the entire organization. Everything runs through Toronto, which is where the self-proclaimed experts work. US employees quickly learn that incompetency at the "top of the house" will cause problems in the US.
