      Pros

      The people you work with, are the best. They know how to hire the right people.

      Cons

      Leadership can be very micromanaging. No freedom. Gary is doing all of these things that expand RH but what about the people that work there? Literally no clue on what is going on with the people in the galleries.

This would be the place. - Values , Vision and Beliefs are at the core of everything you do! - Autonomy to do what is best for the customer!! - Ability to put your own exceptional spin on customer service! - Script-free which allows for a more organic conversation with external stakeholders! - Beautiful products that are easy to sell!

      Cons

      - Growth within the company is rare for remote employees. - This is a company that talks the talk but does not walk the walk. They don't put their money where their mouth is when it comes to valuing their employees as much as they claim. - Retention is not something they concern themselves with.

      -My General Manager was well-rounded, down to earth, as well as an awesome communicator. -Group Meetings Daily -The ability to be cross trained in many different areas. -The ability to express ones self, rather a concern, or appreciation.

      Cons

      -There are rules that can be altered depending on certain situations, and leaders that are working.
