      Sexual harassment their , fire you if you speak up for your , Hr know nothings , mice’s in the warehouse , they don’t care good warehouse

      Rapid Growth Quick Promotions Good Management Good Pay compared to the simple tasks that are asked of ALL employees Very lax attendance policies- 14 Points, 30 Day Perfect Attendance -1 point Lots of Overtime 10 hour days not bad, considering some companies do 12+ Hour Days

      Cons

      Organized Chaos Leak of Training (this is improving) Terrible communication, Dept to Dept, mostly over all though. Terribly expensive Health Benefits

      Pros

      The people here are very nice and great to work with.

      Cons

      They will train you to know everything done in the office, but the do not have a professional training department. No posting of material on how to do the position and the training consist of sitting next to somebody but they might not tell you everything. They need to have postings or written somewhere of the policy and procedures that they have. Also the pay is not competitive if you're doing multiple jobs in the office when they need help.

      Since we received this review, we added a Compliance Manager to our staff who has created SOPs for most of the positions and a tracking program to make sure everyone is trained.
