Managers were willing to take the time to explain things and teach.
Friendly office environment.
Nice co-workers/accepting culture.
Client-facing immediately.
The scheduling team and supervisors are really welcoming and want you to have a fulfilling internship experience. They are willing to work with your interests.
Cons
Some days are slow and some days are really busy. The scheduling can be kind of confusing sometimes and some weeks you have nothing to do and other weeks you're busy all 8 hours of the day,
Very competitive pay with Big 4 firms and an open culture that makes it easy to approach more senior Mangement within the office.
Cons
Clients were not of the caliber that fosters real industry experience. There often was little work to do and many times I was forced to walk around the office looking for work in other departments.
