      Mgmt ignores sexual assault issues and complaints

      When you have a Sr manager of a consistently hitting on the young interns and recent (vulnerable) hires and no one does anything to stop him you have a big problem. Hence the Randa way... So many of my friends have been hurt and threatened by a top manager unless they have out right sex with him that it’s sickening. He will stop your career from advancing unless you succumb to his wishes. Heaven help you if you don’t. It’s a dirty secret at Randa and I hope that others will come forward and that law suits and formal complaints will come forward. Forget HR they just ignore the complaints. Need to get the law involved. It’s sad because it could be a great place to work if it wasn’t for the fear of the top serial abuser.

      Randa is committed to providing a workplace that is free from unlawful harassment and discrimination. To be absolutely clear, no one should ever be subjected to harassment or required to submit to sexual advances with regards to any aspect of their work at Randa. The allegations in this post are extremely concerning, and Randa takes them very seriously. Accordingly, Randa is investigating this complaint, and has retained outside counsel to lead that investigation. Randa values a workplace of diversity, respect and civility. We will not tolerate conduct that undermines those values. June 2018 Update: The external independent investigation of the allegations raised in this post has been completed. In the course of that two-month process, the investigators were given complete access to any information that they required, including the ability to speak to any Randa employees who the investigators felt might have pertinent information. They interviewed 51 past and current employees, visited multiple Randa offices, and reviewed a vast number of documents. The investigators concluded that there was no evidence corroborating the claims made in this post. To the contrary, not one person interviewed reported witnessing or hearing anything that would substantiate these allegations. Randa remains committed to providing a workplace that is free from unlawful harassment and discrimination. Our company continues to take seriously any allegations or concerns raised by our employees regarding inappropriate conduct.

      All these 5 star reviews in the last month are from HR and management. Dont believe them. There arent even "project manager" roles in the company. Managers do not actually care about their employees. They do not have these "events" that they speak of. They have one holiday lunch at the end of the year, and then the after party is not even sponsored by the company. They wont showcase your new skills or make you feel like they have your back, they will throw you under the bus. They have 1/2 day summer fridays, but you have to work an extra 4 hours during the week to get that 1/2 day friday, LOL. So it’s not even really a summer Friday, bc youre working extra throughout the week. Everyone is leaving the company, dont waste your time interviewing.

      My mother always told me to stay away from the devil and all his fury./ /I took this job in desperation. People appeared nice, full of hard work and determination./ /Little did I know, all was not what it seemed, for underneath the surface, the company bled with evil, jealousy, and greed./ /Us workers lived in fear and always kept our silence, as the bosses ran the enterprise like evil tyrants./ /We felt like puppets working tirelessly every day, with not enough reward, appreciation, and monthly pay./ /The devils mocked, demeaned, and belittled us day by day, we dreamed about one day escaping, winning the lottery, and running far, far away./ /It’s hard to leave when your family is depending on the money, but as mother always said, stay away from the devil and all his fury./ /So, I hatched a plan to leave Randa, once and for all. I applied for multiple jobs, sounding more and more desperate with every email and phone call./ /I could sense the devil discovering my plan, his burning hard glare was felt throughout every gland./ /I knew it was time to run before it was too late, I packed up my things; it was time to escape./ /I pray for my former colleagues every night. They all must leave Randa. They must put up a fight./ /I have a new job now, I feel so happy and free./ /I’ll never go back to the place where I felt so helpless and leery, 'cause as my mother always said, stay away from the devil and all his fury.
