Nice coworkers, easy going managers, 401k matching

Cons

Try to get everyone to drink the cool culture Kool-Aid even though have poor healthcare plan, poor wages and raises. Very little upward mobility opportunities. Total paid time off is only 6 days! Moving away from hiring from within. Spend too much on parties and events, would be better appreciated in time off, wages and health care.

Revision Energy is a certified B corp, and is mission focused most of the time. There isn't an breathing down your neck or micromanaging. Matching HSA and 401k, poor quarterly bonuses.

Cons

Poor pay, only a very few make a decent wage. Health care is really bad with a very high deductible. Only 6 personal business days per year for first 5 years. That is for vacation, personal business and sick time! Poor raises.
