Pros

A few individuals, but not much more

Cons

Here we go again, empty promises. Continuous redirection without any thought process put into it. The new VP is barely visible, when he is, he is extremely loud and aggressive, always challenging processes, he is very intimidating. The assistant VP is a minion, refusing to accept any responsibility and is never available to provide any leadership. The Directors and Sr Directors are unable to support their teams because everything has to be filtered to the top where it gets held up. None of the directors have a backbone and continuously let their teams down.

Pros

The only good thing about this place is the free coffee.

Cons

Where do I get started. Moving up in this company is all about who you know and who you have dirt on. We have managers in positions who have no idea what they are doing at all. The new executive team is an absolute joke! Instead of getting rid of bad managers they move them around. They dont hold anyone accountable. The turn over at this place is insane. Bring in more people! The hard working employees are over worked and the company doesnt even care. The volume keeps going up but yet they think we can keep up with it. Dont waste your time with Ready.

Pros

Great benefits offered, awesome people to work with

Cons

You're made to feel like you can't take advantage of benefits, urged not to take pto off because there are still goals to be hit. No processes in place for 95% of the work you do. No communication between departments, huge walls are up between operations and sales. Wins and success are not celebrated. Cold and heartless leadership seems like they only care about the people above them, not the people below them. Goals are unreasonable with the other amount of work dumped on our plates. Never know which hat I have to wear and which one i'll be held accountable for that day. Makes for an extremely uncomfortable work setting. On top of this, the company is more concerned with being a call center and our customers are suffering due to declining performance. Everyone is more concerned with surveys and schedule adherence and because of that, "putting the customer first" has gone to the wayside. Also, employees titles are changing and it makes it seem as if everyone is getting demoted, not a good look on resume's. Good employees are dropping like flies because of this and it's just making it harder on the rest of us! Second president in as many years leaving the company...Is there something they know that I don't?
