Excellent benefits and pay...In a Govt contract driven world, this is very common for pay and benefits to be competitive. iNovex is not only competitive, but I would say above average. But that's not what sets them apart, what sets them apart is the CULTURE. I didn't realize how much I valued this until I came here. Truly great team, HR, IT department, etc. Everyone is so helpful and wonderful to work with to get tasks done. I honestly can say I love working here.

Coming from a large company, some 50,000 employees, this is a complete 180 in terms of engagement and opportunities. The leadership team takes time to make sure that you are comfortable while working on contract and that you have everything that you need to do your job well. Recognition is given if you stand out and go above and beyond. The compensation and benefits are much better than I have seen in many other companies that I looked at before joining. I would highly recommend everyone to check them out.
