Pros

If you know how to do your job well enough, you probly know how to do it better than they do, so it's easy to get leverage on them.

Cons

They are poorly organized. They treat people with no empathy like cogs in a machine. They do not give pto or healthcare or 401k matching for the first 3 months of employment. They go back on there word. They have a clause in their freelance contract that prevents you from speaking ill (aka truthfully) about them for 3 years-- why would any normal company need a clause like that? They micro manage. They change things that work just for the sake of change.

Pros

The company offers mostly remote work

Cons

Humiliates employees in meetings. Everyone is scared and works long hours. Most are not qualified to do their jobs and seasoned employees are treated as cattle. No benefits for 90 days, no 401k for a YEAR. only 2 weeks vacation time. Do not work here.
