      Pros

      RV offers great benefits and salary, plus a fun company culture. Many mid-level managers are top-notch human beings who look out for their teams.

      Cons

      The organization operates in perpetual panic mode to maintain quarterly profits and will screw you over if that's what it takes to achieve its aspired figures. It preaches people-over-profits but consistently fails to live out its values.

      Pros

      Cafeteria and benefits were stellar. Learned a lot about "big business" after working for many small businesses and media companies.

      Cons

      I only lasted a year – the pay was just OK and the commute was terrible. Content strategists also seemed like the lowest on the totem pole in terms of the way the teams were structured. I dealt with problems like having an SEO strategist delete my work without telling me why. My manager was quite bad, doing things like bullying me to leave her a good review. The CEO's monthly meetings were confusing at best – once there was a video of him "pranking" the cafeteria staff (who I adored) by dressing up as one of them and wearing a fart machine.
