Working with RedCloud has been an extremely positive experience. Leadership is genuinely supportive, responsive, and easy to communicate with. My account manager checks in regularly and always makes sure I have what I need to succeed. The company culture is collaborative and respectful, and I’ve always felt valued and treated like a true partner rather than just a contractor number. RedCloud also gives you the flexibility to grow your skills, expand your experience, and take ownership of your work. I’ve had the chance to contribute to high impact projects, and the trust they give you is real. They move quickly, communicate clearly, and the onboarding process was smooth and professional.

Cons

Being 100% honest and transparent… nothing significant so far! workload can get busy depending on the client project, but the support is always there when you need it.

-Excellent place to learn and network -Contagiously intellectual team of people -The company provides you with everything you need to be successful. It's then up to the individual to thrive and innovate

Cons

Occasionally the work-life balance, depending on which client you are working with, can ebb and flow. However, that isn't necessarily a bad thing as it can keep you on your feet.

Pros

Everyone seems really happy at RedCloud and it doesn’t surprise me. The managing partners are awesome: As leaders, professionals, and great people in general. I have only positive things to say about both of them and everyone else I work with. No perk is better than a positive workplace. I believe that everyone who works here is valued and appreciated for the different things they bring to the table. I also really like that there are opportunities to learn and grow professionally. It's nice to work for a company with heart: I'm happy RedCloud gives back to the community and I get to be a part of that as much as I like. I believe people who are proactive, have a positive attitude and great work ethic will be really happy to work at RedCloud.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about the company: The work environment is ideal for me, so I wouldn't change a thing. In general, if you're someone who feels more comfortable micromanagement and needs a lot of guidance, the industry wouldn't really be the best fit.
