      Depending on which team you are in, there can be a 2 tier level of treatment. Difficult to move up in the firm

      Pros

      Reed & Mackay is an inclusive workplace and really great company to work for. Recently received an award for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion which is well deserved. I work with all lines of business and the teams are great across the organisation. We work without fear of criticism. There is always understanding, support and collaboration. Everyone cares and no one is ever left behind!

      Cons

      Not a Con - just heads up, the staff turnover is low, and many people have been with Reed & Mackay for a long time. There is a distinct company culture to fit in, but it is great one!
