The rotating door of senior leadership makes for zero stability in processes/expectations since with each new hire comes a wave of sweeping changes by the new VP/director/etc. A few years ago things were at least taking a progressive approach, but then the company decided to hire a third party consulting firm to “reorganize” the engineering department, the outcome of which was layoff after layoff after layoff.
And even amongst those who remain there’s only empty promises of promotions or deteriorating team cultures ahead of them at a salary that’s below market rate.
I once would recommend this company to my friends, but now I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemies.
