      Pros

      As far as treating employees in a modern work-life balance culture, Renaissance has begun to grow. Likely depends on role or department, but there have been improvements to HR/leave policies that are more modern.

      Growing quickly in a short period of time, communication and alignment can cause confusion and decrease efficiency.
