Horrible on boarding experience, too many acquisitions of companies that were fully functioning on their own. Truly, a Frankenstein of a company. Multiple rounds of layoffs. Management at all levels was an absolute joke. Clearly some were promoted just because of tenure and have very few management skills. So many incredible people have left because of the toxic environment. Little to no work life balance. I had seen field consultants traveling for two weeks at a time. Very low compensation compared to other companies.
