Pros

Free lunch x 3 days per week and snacks. Thats about it.

Cons

Poor product efficiences across the spectrum leading to horrible client retention rates. They do not care though because they just churn and burn new employees and clients each year. They will assign someone less accounts and give them the same quota as person with triple the volume in their account pool. Expected to magically make quota. Only a few can hit quota due to lopsided account disbursement. Tied to que all day which forces you to manage other peoples clients and lose hours per week helping others. Phone system is bad and goes down so calls are lost. Highest priced in the ORM space with least efficient services. Move accounts around all the time upsetting clients leading to bad service. Use a scorecard that makes no sense as a tool to fire people who are working hard but cant hit numbers due to lack of accounts or volume.

Lots of Sitting Around

Pros

Free snacks, drinks and lunch. Nice office with new equipment. Co-workers were friendly enough.

Cons

Wound up basically just sitting at my desk for 2 months while management never seemed to have time for me unless it was a role play or to go over product once a week or so, which is exactly what I was already doing at my desk. Management is neglectful and a bit abrasive. Will talk down to you for giving the wrong answer to a question, then a week later will change he answer and scold you for quoting the one given to you the week before. Structurally vague for new hires.

Pros

The Reputation.com name is recognized because their ads play everywhere, so that's nice. They also have free lunch and will give you their base product for free, but the value prop of their product is unclear unless you're wealthy or being stalked by strangers

Cons

People who want their online past erased are not college students with drunken photos, they're finance people who were caught embezzling, doctors who committed malpractice, folks who committed sex crimes, etc. Working with them is extremely demoralizing and feels slimy. Their hours are extremely long and they recently lost a lawsuit for not paying sufficient overtime. The company is led by a Harvard-guy who really drinks his own Kool-Aid and has a matching haircut.
