      Micromanagement to the extreme

      Pros

      The salary was very high.

      Cons

      The tradeoff to the salary was that my soul was crushed daily with micromanaging superiors. All projects would easily reach double digits in terms of revisions. Design by committee. In the off hours and on weekends my boss would redesign my work. If that's what you want to do with your free time...have at it!

      Really Aren't any pros other than it still has the Honeywell name associated with it.

      Cons

      Very backward and obviously on the decline. Very dysfunctional with no real talent. There's a reason Honeywell spun it off.

      Sorry but the only pro here is to have a job

      Cons

      Everything, but specially the hyper toxic environment created by some kind of Mafia style network of very lazy middle management. I can’t add my review for the CEO as he is not very visible to the employees and nothing has changed for more then a year.
