Pros

I'm sure there are some.

Cons

-They will say you can work from home. You cannot, and if you can, it is meant as a special privilege, not a basic option. -There will be obvious, and pervasive, preferential treatment for the principals and their favorite employees. If you get on the wrong side of the wrong person, your life will be made miserable in an attempt to make you quit. -If you are a person of color, hope you can speak acceptably "White." -If you are in any marginalized group, don't be openly. -They will lowball you on salary. -If you just want to do your job and go home, and not be roped into inter-personal conflicts, this is not the place for you. If you want to be involved in inter-personal conflicts, you'd best be very good at them. Finally, the biggest: they are currently growing well beyond what the company can actually tolerate, in terms of work available. You will be punished for not finding a way to fill your time, despite this lack of work. See above "making life miserable." Just because they purport to have a job opening does not mean they have either the work to give you, nor the money to pay you appropriately for that work. Go to a company that knows what it's doing. Do not gamble on this precarious, nepotistic ship.
