Interesting work, meeting lots of smart and driven people, good access to trainings, ok compensation at some levels, more PTO than similar companies

Cons

Private equity is bleeding it dry, poor employee retention, poor management from region all the way to the C-suite, little room for career advancement. Weird in fighting and internal politics make for a toxic culture.

The nature of our work attracts likeminded people. It's nice to work among people that my values align with. Work life balance is good for the most part.

Cons

The lack of training/onboarding is an issue across roles. A lot of decisions are made without considering its impact on other departments.
