Pros
Work from home is nice
Cons
Management. They need a complete overhaul of the management level. This place is a perfect example of gender discrimination. Don't expect too much advancement of you're a straight male employee, it ain't happening anytime soon. They will bring in inexperienced people off the street before promoting tenured male employees Work life balance is TERRIBLE!!! Company policies change pretty much anytime middle management begins looking useless so managers and supervisors can keep their jobs and appear needed/necessary The work environment is a carbon copy of high school They allow family members to work together on the same team Favoritism is a REGULAR practice PTO/vacation time is a complete joke Company DOES NOT care about it's employees. They want robots and you're punished if you don't work and became like a robot You're monitored like an inmate in prison. I don't say that for effect or as an exaggeration. THEY WANT YOUR LITERAL EVERY ACTION accounted for and you're threatened with disciplinary action of you don't fall in line with that Tons of system issues that will most certainly become YOUR fault somehow They constantly make changes and just expect you to know they did because you'll get talked to if you just continue on doing what you've been doing They're very spiteful and vindictive for no apparent reason . And I want to reiterate, IF YOU ARE A MALE don't even think about advancement, they have no place there for YOU unless you're LGBT or have a feminine disposition
