Pros

Pay and benefits were good and most colleagues were pleasant until they become jaded due to leaderships micro-management

Cons

Leadership is very poor and has zero idea of how to actually lead an organization which shows based on the high employee turnover. President appears nice on the outside but she's very caniving and insecure in her role in addition to being very uptight. CEO is a pompous, narcissistic, juvenile that causes more harm than good. If you're not drinking the Kool-Aid leadership finds a way to get you out by intimidation and threats which become very close to workplace harassment.

Pros

The people in the Accounting and Finance department are great. It is a friendly atmosphere to work in. Most of the time you can expect to work a 40 hour week. get to were casual clothing in the office.

Cons

There has been high turnover in the accounting and finance department. There are several people in upper management to assign task without communicating with the other members of upper management. This leads to duplicate work, contradictory task, and confusing in the department. With so much change in upper management there has also been changes in some benefit the department previously had. It seems that the department will no longer receive bonuses regardless of what was told to the members of the department when being hired. Management is now less flexible with hours and working from home, and require PTO to be used for most cases.

Pros

co workers and thats about it

Cons

- excessive job duties for little pay - very stone age systems and processes that can and need to be improved - the owner is not very concerned with anyone under him and you think he would be having experienced his own personal family problems - cost for benefits for just employee are excessive and dot cover much - the work load is ridiculous for one person or department and the pay. things that another department should be doing is passed off to the lower pay grade
