Growing quickly, international, benefits OK

Cons

Office politics are getting worse, Way to many meetings, most of which are unneeded, poor accommodations and ventilation, lots of illness spreads through the offices.

Pros

Supportive and homely environment, excellent communication between departments, understanding and open to how I develop within the company, opportunity to collaborate with other engineers outside of headquarters.

Cons

Overall wage could be higher, workflow was slow at times because everyone was occupied, took a couple of weeks to be settled into office with necessary supplies, earlier exposure to product development would have been nice
