      Good company but you will probably be overworked

      Pros

      You can learn a lot at this company. This a great place to start your engineering career because they will train you and give you plenty of responsibility. People at this company are generally friendly and close to each other, and will go out often together after work.

      Cons

      You are expected to work lots of extra hours and to make work a priority over other aspects of your life. You will be shamed for taking lots of vacation or not staying late. Lots of turnover, especially new hires out of school who leave after gaining a few years of experience.

      Great company/great people to work with. Easy to get along with managers. Great benefits as well

      Cons

      Long work days. Summertime/wintertime can be more stressful as you are outside every day minus rain/snow.

      Not a Surveying Company

      Pros

      The people in the survey department look out for each other and help out when needed.

      Cons

      The company is engineers first, surveyors last. The survey department doesnt get enough funding and there is a big gap in communication and understanding between the engineers and the surveyors which leads to problems and redoing work, and the surveyors being looked down on. The money isn't great compared to some other companies, especially with bonuses when they actually give them to you.
