No actual training processes and it is obvious this company could give a damn about employee engagement. Training is virtually nonexistent. Communication is sporadic & complete chaos. You find out important information often at last minute’s notice.

Anything else imaginable. You can do better . I guarantee it . Any other job is better than this. Equipment always down . Morale is garbage . It will never change as long as current plant management is in place . HR is no better . Toxic work environment. Look elsewhere for employment. High turnover rate . They hire pot heads and narcissists. It’s unsafe and they choose to ignore it . Doors closed during production gives employees a dust filled coffin to work and breathe in . Nasty place . Bathrooms, break room. Trash everywhere. Employees told to clean . Almost nobody does. Management only cares about production. Work 6 days a week pretty much required. They try to tell you it’s occasional Saturdays . It’s a lie . You’ll age 10 years working there 1 . If you have don’t have back problems and other long term injuries yet , don’t worry , you will . The place is literally unsafe everywhere in the production facility . Work here at your own risk . Consider your mental as well as physical well being before applying here .
