      Pros

      There is an abundance of pros about my job here at Rising Star. A few things that stick out for me here is that the level of communication throughout the office is excellent, the support i’ve received from this team is beyond measure, and the growth i’ve made not only professionally but personally is truly remarkable.

      Cons

      At times the growth can be challenging because we learn on such a fast paced scale, but the reward you receive personally and professionally makes it beyond worth it.
