Pros

none is there and don't bother the unethical place.

Cons

pay is too low. lie. don't pay correctly. the pay system will adjust your hours and pay. Very unethical when the owner and the pay system owner work together to squeeze out the money that is owed and commit fraud. The warehouse has lost 100,00 k for two years in row then 150k and they keep the warehouse manager cause friend of regional. The hispanic (illegal immigrants) people steel it for there side jobs with the materials they don't return for customer, that are left over. Hence owner don't have to pay that money back to overcharged customers. The guy is in charge of all the workers, will have them steal or do it himself. The regional manager let's them do it. The manager of the warehouse let's them do it. The manager of the store let's them do it. The owner let's them do it. He writes it off(hence American citizens pay for it through there taxes). The material is very poor quality. The people return leftover stuff to get refund and they don't pay. The owner of the other flooring company are friends with this owner so they keep the cost up. Home Depot and Lowes would be your best choice. I heard horror stories of the work and materials of low standards.

Pros

Create your own schedule. Company vehicle and gas card. If you work smart above average pay. Decent work life balance

Cons

Poor communication from managers to sales staff. Just a number to them. Not recognized for dedication or loyalty. Not much training.
