      This company lives buy its 4 rules, Empathy, Humanity, Trust and Love, and honestly when I first started here, and hearing these words, I thought they were all brainwashed, but when I started seeing what they actually mean, both being used with customers as well as colleagues, it becomes clear they do believe in them, and it really shows, and it quickly spreads to others who join, either by employment, or other business partnering transactions.

      Cons

      initial onboarding for newer departments could be better with more training/ one on ones.
