Pros

Your in-store team is great. They really make or break a lot of the experience with the company.

Cons

Very low pay with no yearly pay rise to match inflation. You can meet your budget and it's still not good enough for your manager. Constantly reminded of what you're doing wrong and never acknowledged for what you're doing right. Management has clear favourites and don't hide this.

Pros

- Supportive staff and team culture -Ceo and National Manager are quick to give individual praise and call out a job well done even from the other side of the world. - The support and community between all the UK stores and concessions is genuine and so many wonderful people work for the brand. - A great customer base of truley lovley people that genuinely love the brand and want it to succeed. - Commision sales are very attainable and paid fortnightly. - Area manager is very supportive and approachable. - So many oppurtunities to grow and develop as the brand grows in the UK. - Down to earth, honest, and genuine care is what you feel from the brand. - Great adhoc incentives and qtrly manager bonues. - Amazing quality product that really sells itself and you cant help but fall in love with the story behind the fibres and fabrics. - Your opinion matters and you can really treat your store as your own business. I have worked for some toxic managers and brands over the last 15 years and this is not one of them! SO thankful and love my job!

Cons

-Uniform is only two button down shirts every 6 months. - Discount is only 50% off which considering the lack of uniform allowance makes it difficult to wear the clothing no matter your gender. - Short staffing makes taking any sick leave when needed a little difficult. -30min lunch breaks can sometimes feel like not enough on really busy trade days. - No health plans or sick pay (only SSP)
