-Good company culture; diverse staff. -Talented, kind, mission-driven colleagues. Understanding managers. Have never detected a hint of micromanaging. -Strong Communications program driving brand visibility and reaching diverse audiences. -Remote work opportunities show company's willingness to modernize and prioritize employee experience. -Good benefits

Cons

-Pay in non-profit not as good as other sectors, but the work is way less soul-sucking than other sectors. -Volunteer/staff structure can create occasional challenges
