Pros

Royal Oaks pays above minimum wage, offers terrific health insurance, dental, retirement and other benefits. $3 per day meal plan has an outstanding selection of items. People are fun and culture is genuinely friendly. Working with their residents is such a rewarding job. There is lots of opportunity to work in different departments and grow within the organization.

Cons

Sun City is far away with no public transportation.

Manager and Management staff only think about themselves. From what I heard in the lunch room they take care of themselves monetary. Brag lots.
