      Great company to expand your goals and skills. Rye opens its doors to many giving them the opportunity to grow in the electrical industry. SMART goal oriented. Lean Construction oriented.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working for Rye. Take a demotion, pay-cut, whatever you have to do to align yourself with a respectable company. Will be to your advantage in the long run.

      Cons

      Too focused on tomorrow to care about problems today. Company gouges their customers through constant change orders. Would not recommend anyone work here, would not recommend any contractor hire.
