      They don't expect me to work much more than 40 hours. Most people have family. work from home

      Cons

      no training opportunities, not much company culture

      Good place to work

      Pros

      Recently returned after leaving a year ago. Company actually puts action behind its promise that it cares about employees and the community, providing fair increases and sponsoring nonprofits like Homes for Heroes.

      Cons

      Company has multiple verticals and management and appreciation really depends on which vertical you are in.
