      Great company to work for because of all the benefits! They offer Medical, a Dental, 401k, etc.

      Pros

      I worked in project accounting and was miserable all the time! SAIC offers all the benefits but what good is it if you're coming to work afraid you're going to lose you job everyday!

      Cons

      The upper management in that department is terrible! Micromanaging at its finest as well as bi-polar traits. Work is endless and there's been so much turnover and the company doesn't do anything about it! This is a good company to work for but stay away from project accounting!!

      The believe in promoting within the company. The training program is very good, they have skill soft class that you can take on your on time, and you own set time.

      The benefits are good, heath benefit are not bad consider other company. The company believe in you spending time with you family....
