      Pros

      I love working for them. Great team at our OKC location! They were also great when I had to support a family member through an illness and treatment plan. They offer a wonderful family leave program to support families that are going through tough times. They are also flexible for roles in office, remote, or hybrid for many roles.

      Cons

      All federal jobs and contracts are currently under review due to current government reviews, so lots of people are nervous right now.

      Likeable and hard working coworkers Enjoyable work

      Cons

      Attrition of experienced employees caused by contraction of offered benefits. Worst kept secret of executive management is the "Greening of SAIC" where experience is being traded for inexpensive college recruits in an effort to reduce cost and boost profitability. Morale is at its lowest.

      The contract with the government is pretty good

      Cons

      The worst contractor out there. They have allowed for a have not class of people which they give the minimum benefits to. These contractors belong to a 'Fringe' ( this is their term) contract where there are no 401K benefits, poor leave time, poor salary increases and no forum to present these area of dissatisfaction.
