Good and bad

The pay was pretty good for the caliber of work I actually liked most of my coworkers Government security clearance Helping a vulnerable population keep access to health care (veterans)
Cons
There was more work drama than at a McDonald’s. Coworkers ignore new hires for the most part because turnover is so high The work wasn’t very hard but the forever changing quotas were unrealistic When I began working here they needed to hire 10 people, when I resigned they still were short 10 people Benefits were super expensive for health The FT VA employees who work next to sawtst employees have higher safety standards. For example say it’s 105 degree day and the building air goes out. The VA employees will be sent home but the Sawtst employees may have to stay or lose pay. .
